(Jerusalem Post) Lahav Harkov - Canada will not take part in events on Sept. 22 in New York marking the 20th anniversary of the World Conference Against Racism in Durban, known as Durban IV, because of the anti-Semitism and anti-Israel nature of the original event. Australia and the U.S. are also boycotting the conference.
