(New York Times) Farnaz Fassihi - Iran's President-elect Ebrahim Raisi on Monday rejected the U.S. push for a broader deal that would restrict its ballistic missile program and curb its regional military policies in addition to containing its nuclear program. Raisi said "regional issues and missiles are not negotiable."
