(Times of Israel) Hamas has intensified efforts to carry out terror attacks in the West Bank, with guidance from Gaza, Israel's Channel 11 reported Saturday. The report said Abdallah Arar, a Hamas man released in a 2011 prisoner exchange, had contacted 60 West Bank Palestinians over the past six months to recruit them to carry out attacks.
