(Ha'aretz) Jonathan Lis - Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid met on Wednesday with Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita in Rabat, Morocco. He inaugurated Israel's mission in Rabat on Thursday during the first visit by Israel's top diplomat since 2003.
