(Ha'aretz) Jack Khoury - Hamas launched over a dozen incendiary balloons into Israel on Saturday in protest of delays in transferring Qatari aid money to Palestinians in Gaza. Media outlets in Gaza said that Israel had removed 2,000 names from the list of 100,000 Palestinian families in Gaza to receive $100 in cash each month, citing security reasons.
