(Reuters) Francois Murphy - Diplomats negotiating the renewal of the Iran nuclear deal say much of the text of the draft accord is settled. It stipulates Iran suspending enrichment above 5% purity, the unfreezing of $7 billion in Iranian funds stuck in South Korean banks under U.S. sanctions, and the release of Western prisoners held in Iran.
