(Jewish Agency for Israel) Ron Kampeas - Maj.-Gen. (res.) Doron Almog, 71, is slated to lead the Jewish Agency for Israel, the body that bridges Israel and the Jewish diaspora, for the next four years. Almog, former Commander of the IDF Southern Command (2000-2003), founded and serves as Chairman of the Adi Negev-Nahalat Eran Rehabilitation Village, named after his son Eran, who died at a young age.
