(Ynet News) Meir Turgeman - The Jerusalem District Court on Tuesday ruled the Palestinian Authority must pay $37 million (NIS130 million) in compensation to 34 families of Israeli terror victims, after 20 years of litigation. In a landmark ruling three years ago, the court ruled that the PA was liable for terror acts committed by Palestinian factions in the late 1990s and early 2000s, and therefore can be sued for compensation.
