(Tech Monitor-UK) Claudia Glover - The number of cyberattacks by Iran on targets in Israel has doubled in the past year, said Gaby Portnoy, director general of the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD). Portnoy said his organization thwarted 1,000 potential cyberattacks over the past year. "There are 200 attacks a month on Israel by Iran. Last year there were 88 attacks per month on average. The [number of] groups involved also grew, from six to 14."
