(Ynet News-Jerusalem Post) Israel is the 4th happiest country in the world, according to the 2023 UN World Happiness Report released on Monday. Israel was ranked 9th in 2022 and 12th in 2021. The World Happiness Report rankings are based on six key areas: gross domestic product per capita, social support, healthy life expectancy, freedom to make life choices, generosity, and absence of corruption. Israel consistently scores high on life-satisfaction.
