Everyone knows that Hizbullah has total, unfettered control over South Lebanon. The Lebanese remember very well the martyrdom of 1st. Lt. Samer Hanna, whose Lebanese army helicopter was brought down by a Hizbullah rocket as it passed over an area that Hizbullah has declared off-limits to aircraft.
