(Jerusalem Post) Khaled Abu Toameh - Palestinian activists in the National Popular Conference of Jerusalem, dominated by members of PA President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah faction, have renewed their call for Arab residents of Jerusalem to boycott municipal elections scheduled to take place later this year. The majority of Arab residents have boycotted the municipal elections since 1968.
