(Times of Israel) Amy Spiro - Israel's security cabinet voted Thursday to transfer frozen tax funds to the Palestinian Authority, but "deduct" $100 million in funds intended for Gaza, as well as those funds which are continuously deducted to offset money the PA pays to imprisoned terror convicts and their families.
