(Wall Street Journal) Vivian Salama - In response to President Biden's order, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said, "The absolute majority" of Israeli citizens in the West Bank "are law-abiding citizens, many of whom are currently fighting in mandatory service and in the reserves for the defense of Israel.
