[AFP] Israel on Friday authorized the Palestinian Authority to import 25 Russian-made armored vehicles to the West Bank, an Israeli defense ministry official said Saturday. The delivery, which has been pending for months, was approved during a visit to the region by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
