(Times of Israel) Jacob Magid - The Biden administration on Wednesday indicated it opposes a renewed Palestinian bid to obtain full-member state status at the UN, which the Palestinian Authority is pushing for a vote. State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said, "While we support the establishment of an independent Palestinian state...that is something that should be done through direct negotiations through the parties...and not at the United Nations."
