(Wall Street Journal) Carrie Keller-Lynn - Israel's military is gearing up to uproot Hamas from its last stronghold in the Gazan city of Rafah. Ahead of operations, Israel plans to evacuate civilians to humanitarian enclaves to be constructed within Gaza, which would include food, water, shelter and medical services. "It's going to happen," said an Israeli security official. "There's a humanitarian response that's happening at the same time." According to Egyptian officials briefed on the Israeli plans, Israel is preparing to move civilians from Rafah to nearby Khan Yunis and other areas, where it plans to set up shelters with tents, food-distribution centers and medical facilities such as field hospitals.
