(UN Watch) Hillel Neuer - UNRWA's former general counsel James Lindsay told the House Foreign Affairs Committee on Friday: "UNRWA's leadership is incompetent and willfully obstructionist regarding some fundamental reforms. UNRWA has made no serious efforts to avoid hiring terrorists and their supporters from a labor pool that is significantly supportive of terrorists."
