(Washington Post-Reuters) Victoria Bisset - Police have killed an Algerian man who set fire to a synagogue in Rouen in northern France, Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said Friday. The man climbed a bin to reach the first floor and threw in a flammable substance. When law enforcement arrived at the scene, the man came down and tried to attack police with a long knife and police fired back.
