(Wall Street Journal) Editorial - Anyone who thinks the rise of antisemitism in the West is overstated should pay attention to Thursday's ugly mob assault on Israeli soccer fans in Amsterdam. Amsterdam Mayor Femke Halsema said men on scooters hunted for Israelis for "hit-and-run" attacks.
