(Gatestone Institute) Khaled Abu Toameh - Hamas has responded to President Trump's plan to relocate the Palestinians of Gaza by threatening to resort to violence against Americans. Hamas said it will "confront the plan with resistance and necessary force." This threat is also directed against Palestinians in Gaza, many of whom would be happy to move to another place where they could live in security and peace. The Trump administration should not underestimate such threats by Hamas. Hamas does not want any U.S. intervention in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Hamas does not want Palestinians to leave Gaza; it wants to continue using them as human shields in its fight against Israel.
