(Telegraph-UK) Kieran Kelly - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Monday that Britain and France's decision to recognize the state of Palestine at the UN General Assembly is "largely symbolic. They have really no impact whatsoever in bringing us any closer to a Palestinian state. The only impact it actually has is it makes Hamas feel more emboldened."
