(Times of Israel) Nurit Yohanan - In Kizan al-Najjar, a depopulated village near Khan Yunis, Hossam al-Astal, 50, a former Palestinian Authority officer, recently announced the formation of a militia called Strike Force Against Terror and is inviting displaced Gazans to live under his protection.
