Hamas Wants Lull in Gaza, But Only On Its Own Terms

The primary objective of Israel's Gaza move is to get Ashkelon out of the firing line and to prevent Hamas from launching a large number of Kassam rockets at Sderot in response to the death of every Hamas operative.
