[MEMRI] H. Varulkar - On November 8, 2006, the conservative Iranian Daily Kayhan, identified with Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, wrote that in light of the new strategic order that has emerged in the Middle East, the Shi'ites in Lebanon must receive the largest representation in Lebanese government institutions.
