Canadian Church Group Rejects Israel Boycott

[JTA] Canada's largest Protestant denomination, the United Church of Canada, rejected a series of resolutions calling for a boycott of Israel, financial divestment, and sanctions. The CEO of the Canadian Jewish Congress, Bernie Farber, commended the church for rejecting the "misguided and destructive" proposals.
