Israel: No Need to Finish West Bank Barrier
[BBC News] Israeli Security Agency chief Yuval Diskin told a parliamentary committee that there is no security reason for continuing construction of Israel's barrier through the West Bank and that Israel had enough capabilities to prevent attacks from Palestinian territory.
