Egypt: No Foreign Navies in Egyptian Waters to Combat Smuggling

[AP/International Herald Tribune] Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit said Wednesday his country will not allow foreign naval forces to operate in its territorial waters to prevent weapons smuggling to Gaza.
