Israel Agrees to Limit IDF Operations in Four West Bank Cities
[Ynet News] Hanan Greenberg and Ali Waked - Israel has agreed to keep its forces out of four West Bank cities, security sources said Thursday. Israel will refrain from entering Bethlehem, Ramallah, Jericho and Kalkilya, except in cases where the army believes terrorists are poised to attack Israelis. The agreement was made possible after the PA's continued activity to curb terrorist groups in the West Bank. Some 800 Hamas and Islamic Jihad operatives are currently being held in PA jails.
