Hamas Will Not Recognize Any Agreement Signed by Abbas
[IMEMC-PA] Saed Bannoura - Hamas spokesperson Fawzi Barhoum said Monday that PA leader Mahmoud Abbas' term in office had already expired; therefore he cannot sign an agreement with any country, including understandings with the U.S. and Israel. "He no longer represents the Palestinian people," Barhoum said.
