Iran Lawmakers Back Minister Wanted in Bombing of Jewish Center
[Reuters-New York Times] Iran's parliament signaled support on Tuesday for the new defense minister, Ahmad Vahidi, a man Argentina says was involved in the 1994 bombing of a Buenos Aires Jewish center that killed 85 people, as deputies chanted "Death to Israel," state broadcaster IRIB reported.
