Russia, Israel Join to Fight Terror and Nuclear Proliferation
(Jerusalem Post) Yaakov Katz - Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak and his Russian counterpart, Anatoly Serdyukov, signed an agreement on Monday in Moscow to increase cooperation on combating terrorism and the proliferation of nuclear weapons.
