France Arrests 12 Islamic Militants

(Bloomberg) Gregory Viscusi - French police arrested 12 people suspected of links to Islamic militant groups in southern France Tuesday. French Interior Minister Brice Hortefeux told parliament, "There is a real terrorist menace in France and Europe."
