Iran Increases Stockpile of 20-Percent-Enriched Uranium
(Fars-Iran) The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Ali Akbar Salehi, announced on Wednesday that the country has, thus far, produced almost 30 kg of 20%-enriched uranium. Salehi said in June that Iran is potentially capable of producing 5 kg of 20% enriched uranium per month.
