(Ha'aretz) Anshel Pfeffer - Hamas asked Hizbullah twice to fire rockets on northern Israel during the 2008-2009 military offensive in Gaza but Hizbullah refused, Maj.-Gen. (res.) Dan Harel, who was deputy IDF chief of staff at the time, said Tuesday.
