Lebanese Troops Move into Hizballah Bastion
[Reuters/Washington Post] Alistair Lyon - Lebanese troops moved on Tuesday into the shattered Shi'ite Muslim town of Bint Jbeil that was the scene of some of the fiercest fighting between Israel and Hizballah in south Lebanon. Israel reiterated that its blockade of Lebanon would stay in place until Hizballah was prevented from rearming. "Israel will be able to allow unfettered access into Lebanon when the Lebanese army, augmented by the international forces, will be able to enforce the arms embargo on Hizballah," Foreign Ministry spokesman Mark Regev said.
