(Telegraph-UK) Richard Spencer - Hizbullah operatives are widely believed to have coordinated one of the most stunning terror attacks before 9/11, the double truck bombing of the American and French barracks in Beirut with the loss of 299 lives in 1983. Now it is the most powerful single political force in Lebanon. It objects to the fact it is still designated a terrorist organization by the U.S. Yet its flag still shows a defiantly raised fist clutching a Kalashnikov.
