State Department Concerned by Human Rights Situation in Iran, Syria

(VOA News) On Wednesday, the U.S. State Department released its 2005 Report on Human Rights Practices. Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor Barry Lowenkron singled out Syria and Iran as being of particular concern.
