U.S. Universities Pressed to Alter Policy on Studies in Israel
(Ha'aretz) Amiram Barkat and Daphna Berman - The Israel Campus Coalition (ICC), an umbrella organization representing some 40 Jewish student bodies, has launched a new campaign aimed at convincing U.S. universities to end limitations on students who seek to study in Israel but cannot due to exaggerated fears for the students' personal safety. The campaign - "Let Our Students Go" - enjoys the support of the United Jewish Communities (UJC), AIPAC, Hillel, and the Conference of Presidents, among other organizations.
