Gaza Missile Attack a War Crime
(Ynet News) Ron Ben-Yishai - Hamas committed a war crime when it fired an anti-tank missile at a clearly marked school bus. Another indication that the strike was deliberate was the fact that the missile fired at the bus was merely the opening shot for additional mortar barrages and rockets targeting Israeli communities. Israel intends to make it clear to Hamas that every attempt to deviate from international law will be met with a very harsh response.
