Clinton Says Syria Must Stop Detention, Torture

(Reuters) Tabassum Zakaria and Bill Trott - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Wednesday condemned violence in Syria and said the Syrian government must stop the arbitrary arrest, detention and torture of prisoners.
