Israeli Documentary Bought by HBO
(Jerusalem Post) Hannah Brown - The U.S. television network HBO has purchased the rights to Dani Menkin's documentary, "18 Kilos of Love." It tells the story of Eli Ankilevich, 34, who weighs just 18 kilos and is paralyzed in all his limbs, due to a rare neurological condition he was born with. Although he can only move one finger, he has managed to make a career as an animator.
