Israel to Approve EU Monitors on Gaza-Egypt Border
(Jerusalem Post) Herb Keinon - The security cabinet Tuesday is slated to approve an agreement on the Rafah border crossing that will include the stationing of third party monitors, most likely from the EU. Agreement to outside monitors at Rafah is likely to pave the way for agreement to the stationing of outside monitors at other sensitive crossing points, such as at a future Gaza seaport or airport.
