Britain Proposes Ban on Aid for Iranian Energy Development
[Times-UK] Philip Webster - British Prime Minister Gordon Brown on Monday proposed a worldwide ban on companies developing Iran's oil and gas fields if it failed to curb its nuclear ambitions.
