Syrian Secret Police Defect
(Reuters) Khaled Yacoub Oweis - At least a dozen Syrian secret police have defected from an intelligence compound, activists said Sunday. A gunfight broke out after the defectors fled the Airforce Intelligence complex in Idlib, northwest of Damascus.
