U.S. Sanctions Iran's 3rd Largest Bank

(Wall Street Journal) Jay Solomon - The Obama administration has sanctioned Iran's third-largest bank, Bank Tejarat. "Today's action against Bank Tejarat strikes at one of Iran's few remaining access points to the international financial system," said David Cohen, Treasury Undersecretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence.
