Dozens Killed in Bomb Attack on Syrian Military Intelligence Compound

(AP-Washington Post) Two strong explosions ripped through Damascus Thursday, killing more than 40 people and wounding 170, Syria's state-run TV reported. The explosions ripped the facade off a military intelligence building at a broader military compound.
