Iranian "Spy" Caught Near Israeli Embassy in Azerbaijan

(UPI-Washington Times) Azerbaijani police have arrested an Iranian who allegedly was spying on the Israeli embassy in Baku, after an Israeli security team guarding the embassy saw the Iranian video-tape the site on Sept. 1.
