Syrian National Security Chief Dies from Bombing Wounds

(AP-Los Angeles Times) Syrian TV said Friday that Gen. Hisham Ikhtiyar, the country's national security chief, died of wounds suffered in Wednesday's bombing at national security headquarters in Damascus.
