Rights Group Criticizes Hamas-Run Justice System in Gaza

(New York Times) Fares Akram - Human Rights Watch on Wednesday accused Hamas in Gaza of running a criminal justice system rife with arbitrary arrests, torture and unfair trials. The group documented at least three cases in which Palestinians accused of collaboration with Israel were executed after confessions obtained through torture.
